commercial real estate transactions, I have established myself as a trusted advisor to some of
the largest property owners in California. My insights and dedication to the client’s success
have earned me the reputation as the go-to capital advisor for complex commercial real estate
financing projects.

Over the years, I've managed large teams within Fortune 500 firms in the areas of lending,
investing, banking and real estate.

Previously to venturing out on my own, I was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Capital
at a multitude of large banks such as First Citizens Bank, Bank of the West, Chase Bank,
Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. My team and I specialized in providing business owners
with the capital they needed to grow their business and real estate holdings.

I am a proud alumnus of California State University at Los Angeles, where I earned my Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration with an option in Real Estate and Economics.

When I'm not analyzing investment opportunities or structuring debt/equity transactions,
I enjoy traveling, playing sports and biking to the beach with my family.
